食析 Shokusei is an automated AI dietary-analysis LINE Bot service operated by individual developer Gary Yang. The service analyzes food photos or text descriptions you submit and provides estimated calorie and nutrient information along with dietary suggestions. The service does not include any human review or services provided by a physician, dietitian, nutritionist, coach, or other professional.
By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent), hold a valid LINE account, and will use the service lawfully. You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Fair Use: "Unlimited" means no daily usage cap under normal personal use. To keep the service stable and to prevent automated abuse, we reserve the right to rate-limit abnormally high-frequency requests; normal personal use is not affected.
All payments are processed securely by NewebPay (藍新金流). Prices shown on the purchase page include applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, while retaining paid benefits through the current paid period. For an initial weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription purchased through distance communication, you may request a full refund within 7 days of accepting the service, subject to the details in our Refund Policy. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You agree not to: engage in unlawful activity; reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; send spam or malicious content; share or resell account quotas; or use automated bots to abuse the service.
All branding, design, and code of this service are owned by Gary Yang. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for claims arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The Taipei District Court is the agreed court of first instance, without excluding any venue or jurisdiction that a consumer may invoke under mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, including features, free quotas, plan contents, technical specifications, and these Terms. Changes will not retroactively reduce core benefits already paid for during the current paid period without a lawful basis. Material changes affecting prices, paid benefits, or user rights will be announced before they take effect through the website, LINE, or email, as reasonably appropriate. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and exercise any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under these Terms or applicable law. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires separate consent.

使用本服務即表示您同意：您年滿 13 歲、擁有有效的 LINE 帳號、以合法方式使用本服務，並已閱讀本條款及隱私政策。
合理使用：本服務所稱「無限」，指一般個人使用情形下不設每日使用次數限制。為維持服務穩定並防止自動化濫用，本服務保留對異常高頻請求進行限速的權利；正常個人使用不會受到影響。
付款透過藍新金流（NewebPay）安全處理。方案價格以購買頁面顯示為準，含適用稅金。
您可隨時取消以停止後續自動續訂，已付款權益仍可使用至當期結束。透過通訊交易首次訂閱週、月或年方案者，可於開始接受服務後 7 日內依退款政策申請全額退款；適用法律所保障且不得排除的解除契約、終止或退款權利，不因本條款而受限制。

您同意不得從事違法活動、破解或干擾服務、傳送垃圾訊息、共用或轉售帳號配額，或使用自動化工具大量呼叫 Bot。
本服務的品牌、設計及程式碼均屬 Gary Yang 所有。您傳送的內容您保有所有權，但授予我們提供分析服務所需的有限授權。
在適用法律許可的最大範圍內，我們就使用本服務所生請求承擔的責任，以您最近三個月實際支付的服務費用為上限；依法不得排除或限制的責任及消費者權利，不受本條限制。
本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審合意管轄法院；但不排除消費者依強制法規得主張的其他管轄法院。
在適用法律允許的範圍內，我們保留新增、調整、暫停或終止全部或部分服務、功能、免費額度、方案內容、技術規格及本條款的權利。除有合法依據外，變更不會溯及減損使用者在當期已付費取得的核心權益。涉及價格、付費權益或使用者權利的重大變更，將於生效前依情況透過網站、LINE 或電子郵件合理通知。若您不同意變更，可停止使用服務，並依本條款、退款政策或適用法律行使取消、退款或其他權利。於公告的生效日後繼續使用，視為接受修訂內容；法律要求另行取得同意者，從其規定。

食析 Shokusei は、個人開発者 Gary Yang が運営する自動AI食事分析LINEボットです。送信された食事の写真やテキストを分析し、カロリー・栄養素の推定値と食事アドバイスを提供します。本サービスには人による確認、医師・管理栄養士・栄養士・コーチその他の専門家によるサービスは一切含まれません。
本サービスを利用することで、13歳以上であること（または保護者の同意を得ていること）、有効なLINEアカウントを持つこと、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意することを確認します。
公正利用について：本サービスにおける「無制限」とは、通常の個人利用において1日あたりの利用回数制限を設けないことを意味します。サービスの安定性維持および自動化された不正利用の防止のため、異常に高頻度なリクエストに対して速度制限を行う権利を留保します。通常の個人利用が影響を受けることはありません。
すべての支払いはNewebPay（藍新金流）によって安全に処理されます。
いつでも解約して次回以降の自動更新を停止でき、支払済みの権利は現在の期間終了まで利用できます。通信取引で週・月・年プランを初めて契約した場合、サービスの提供開始から7日以内は返金ポリシーに従って全額返金を申請できます。適用法令上排除できない契約解除、解約または返金の権利は、本規約によって制限されません。

違法行為、サービスの逆工学・妨害、スパムや悪意あるコンテンツの送信、アカウントクォータの共有・転売、自動化ツールによる乱用を行わないことに同意します。
本サービスのブランド、デザイン、コードはGary Yangに帰属します。送信したコンテンツはお客様に帰属しますが、サービス提供のための限定ライセンスを付与します。
適用法令で許される最大限において、本サービスの利用に関する当社の責任は、過去3ヶ月間に実際にお支払いいただいた料金を上限とします。法令上排除または制限できない責任および消費者の権利には、この制限は適用されません。
本規約は台湾（中華民国）法に準拠し、台北地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、消費者が強行法規に基づいて主張できる他の管轄を排除しません。
適用法令で許される範囲において、当社は、本サービスの全部または一部、機能、無料利用枠、プラン内容、技術仕様および本規約を追加、変更、一時停止または終了する権利を留保します。法的根拠がある場合を除き、変更によって現在の支払済み期間に取得した主要な権利を遡って減少させることはありません。価格、有料プランの権利または利用者の権利に影響する重要な変更は、合理的に適切な方法として、効力発生前にウェブサイト、LINEまたはメールでお知らせします。同意しない場合は利用を停止し、本規約、返金ポリシーまたは適用法令に基づく解約、返金その他の権利を行使できます。法令上別途同意が必要な場合を除き、告知された効力発生日後も利用を継続することで、変更後の内容に同意したものとみなします。
