1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the "食析 Shokusei" LINE Bot service, operated by individual developer Gary Yang.

2. Data We Collect
- LINE User ID: To identify your account and deliver personalized service.
- Food photos, voice and text messages: Images, audio, transcripts and text you send to the Bot for AI analysis.
- Health profile and preferences: Body measurements, nutrition goals, and food restrictions you choose to save, including allergies and ingredients you do not want recommended.
- Usage records: Analysis count, plan status, subscription expiry, and similar service data.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by NewebPay; we do not store credit card or bank account details.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide AI dietary analysis (calorie and macronutrient estimation)
- Personalize guidance and recipes using your saved goals and avoid ingredients you have asked us to remember
- Manage your plan quota and subscription status
- Respond to customer support requests
- Improve the service using anonymized aggregate statistics
- Improve and train the AI models behind the food analysis, using the photos, text descriptions and conversations you send. We do this to make the analysis more accurate; we do not sell your data, and we do not publish it in a form that identifies you.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with third parties in the following situations:
- Google Gemini, directly or through Zeabur AI Hub or the OpenRouter fallback: Relevant photos, audio, transcripts, text, recent conversation context, health profile, and saved food restrictions are sent only as needed to provide the AI analysis or guidance you request.
- LINE Corporation: The service operates via the LINE Messaging API under LINE's terms of service.
- NewebPay (藍新金流): Payment processor handling charges and refunds under its own privacy policy.
- Zeabur / Vercel: Cloud hosting platforms for the service infrastructure.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data Retention
Conversation history and food logs are retained indefinitely. We use them to operate the service, to support multi-turn conversations, and to improve and train the models that power the food analysis. Account data and food restrictions you explicitly save are retained while your account is active, unless you clear the restrictions earlier.
How far back you can view and export your own food logs depends on your plan: the free plan shows the most recent 30 days, and the PRO plan has no limit. This is a display and export limit, not a deletion schedule — your data is still there, and it is restored to view if you upgrade.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, and we will delete it.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You can view saved restrictions by sending “My food restrictions” to the Bot, clear all of them by sending “Forget all food restrictions,” or edit them on the dashboard. 7. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies. The LINE Bot operates entirely within the LINE platform.
8. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Policy Updates
We will post significant changes on this website and notify paying subscribers by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

- 改善與訓練食物分析背後的 AI 模型，使用您傳送的照片、文字描述與對話內容。目的是讓分析更準確；我們不會販售您的資料，也不會以可識別您個人的形式公開。
4. 資料分享
我們不會出售您的個人資料。在以下情況下，資料可能與第三方共享：
- Google Gemini（直接連線、經 Zeabur AI Hub 或 OpenRouter 備援）：只在提供您要求的 AI 分析或建議所需範圍內，傳送相關照片、語音、逐字稿、文字、近期對話脈絡、健康資料與已儲存的飲食限制。
- LINE Corporation：本服務透過 LINE Messaging API 運作。
- 藍新金流（NewebPay）：付款處理服務商，負責收款與退款。
- Zeabur / Vercel：雲端部署平台，用於主機服務。
- 法律要求：若法律要求，我們可能依規定揭露資訊。
5. 資料保留
對話紀錄與飲食紀錄將長期保留。我們用它們營運服務、支援多輪對話，以及改善與訓練提供食物分析的模型。帳號資料與您明確要求儲存的飲食限制，會在帳號活躍期間保留；您也可以提前自行清除飲食限制。
您能檢視與下載多久以前的飲食紀錄，取決於您的方案：免費方案顯示最近 30 天，PRO 方案不設限制。這是顯示與匯出的限制，不是刪除；資料仍然存在，升級後即可回復檢視。
在 LINE 上取消傳送一則訊息時，我們會把該則訊息從對話紀錄與後續多輪對話所用的上下文中一併移除，並排除在模型訓練資料之外。已封存的批次無法就地改寫，因此我們保存一份排除清單，在使用該批資料時據以過濾。
您可隨時要求刪除個人資料，我們會確實刪除。
6. 您的權利
您有權查閱、更正、刪除或限制處理您的個人資料。傳「我的飲食限制」可查看 Bot 的長期記憶，傳「忘記所有飲食限制」可全部清除，也可在紀錄頁的「我的」分頁編輯。其他資料請寄信至 yanggary2388@gmail.com。
7. Cookie 與追蹤
本網站不使用追蹤 Cookie。LINE Bot 透過 LINE 平台運作，不另行設置 Cookie。
8. 兒童隱私
本服務不針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
9. 政策修訂

- 食事分析を支えるAIモデルの改善・学習（お送りいただいた写真・テキスト・会話内容を利用）。分析精度の向上が目的であり、データの販売や、個人を特定できる形での公開は行いません。
4. データの共有
個人データを販売することはありません。以下の場合に必要な範囲で第三者と共有することがあります。
- Google Gemini（直接接続、Zeabur AI HubまたはOpenRouterのバックアップ経由）：依頼されたAI分析・提案に必要な写真、音声、文字起こし、テキスト、最近の会話、健康プロフィール、保存済みの食事制限。
- LINE Corporation：LINE Messaging APIによるサービス提供。
- NewebPay：決済・返金処理。
- Zeabur / Vercel：AI中継およびクラウドホスティング。
- 法的要求：法令に基づき開示が必要な場合。
5. データ保持
会話履歴と食事記録は継続的に保持されます。サービスの運営、複数ターンの会話の維持、および食事分析を支えるモデルの改善・学習に利用します。アカウントデータと明示的に保存した食事制限は、アカウントが有効な間、またはご自身で先に削除するまで保持されます。
ご自身の食事記録を閲覧・ダウンロードできる期間はプランによります。無料プランは直近30日間、PROプランは制限なしです。これは表示と書き出しの制限であり、削除ではありません。データは残っており、アップグレードすれば再び閲覧できます。
個人データの削除はいつでもリクエストでき、確実に削除します。
6. お客様の権利
個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理制限の権利があります。Botに「私の食事制限」と送ると保存内容を確認でき、「食事制限をすべて忘れて」で全削除できるほか、ダッシュボードでも編集できます。その他のご依頼は yanggary2388@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
7. Cookieとトラッキング
本ウェブサイトはトラッキングCookieを使用しません。
8. 子供のプライバシー
本サービスは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。
9. ポリシーの更新
重要な変更はウェブサイトで告知し、有料ユーザーにメールで通知します。
