1. Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the "食析 Shokusei" LINE Bot service, operated by individual developer Gary Yang.

2. Data We Collect
- LINE User ID: To identify your account and deliver personalized service.
- Food photos, voice and text messages: Images, audio, transcripts and text you send to the Bot for AI analysis.
- Health profile and preferences: Body measurements, nutrition goals, and food restrictions you choose to save, including allergies and ingredients you do not want recommended.
- Usage records: Analysis count, plan status, subscription expiry, and similar service data.
- Survey responses: Answers you choose to submit in our surveys. They are used only to improve the service; exports for analysis replace your LINE User ID with a one-way hash.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by NewebPay; we do not store credit card or bank account details.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide AI dietary analysis (calorie and macronutrient estimation)
- Personalize guidance and recipes using your saved goals and avoid ingredients you have asked us to remember
- Manage your plan quota and subscription status
- Respond to customer support requests
- Improve the service using anonymized aggregate statistics
- Improve and train the AI models behind the food analysis, using the photos, text descriptions and conversations you send. We do this to make the analysis more accurate; we do not sell your data, and we do not publish it in a form that identifies you.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with third parties in the following situations:
- Google Gemini, directly or through the OpenRouter fallback: Relevant photos, audio, transcripts, text, recent conversation context, health profile, and saved food restrictions are sent only as needed to provide the AI analysis or guidance you request.
- OpenAI: Backup AI provider used only when Gemini is unavailable. Only the photo or text needed for that one analysis is sent (never audio).
- Anthropic (Claude): AI provider for some features (meal comments, weight-trend notes), a backup when Gemini is unavailable, and a quality comparison that re-runs some meal analyses in the background. Only the photo, text, and conversation context needed for that request are sent (never audio). Under Anthropic's commercial terms this content is not used to train their models.
- LINE Corporation: The service operates via the LINE Messaging API under LINE's terms of service.
- NewebPay (藍新金流): Payment processor handling charges and refunds under its own privacy policy.
- Zeabur / Vercel: Cloud hosting platforms for the service infrastructure.
- Supabase: Database and private photo storage where your account data, food logs and meal photos are kept.
- An advisor you choose to join: Only if you enter an advisor code (starting with ADV-) yourself. While you are on their list, the advisor portal shows the advisor your LINE display name, meal logs (items, calories, macros), weight and body-composition records (body fat, muscle mass), basic profile (height, sex, birth year, activity level, goal direction, time zone), your current daily goals, and figures derived from these (estimated BMR/TDEE, logging streak). Meal photos are shown only after you agree. The advisor cannot see your LINE account or chats. The advisor may set daily goals for you and send you reminders; you can restore your own goals or mute reminders at any time. Send "advisor off" to leave, and from then on the advisor can no longer see your records.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data Retention
Conversation history and food logs are retained indefinitely. We use them to operate the service, to support multi-turn conversations, and to improve and train the models that power the food analysis. Account data and food restrictions you explicitly save are retained while your account is active, unless you clear the restrictions earlier.
How far back you can view and export your own food logs depends on your plan: the free plan shows the most recent 30 days, and the PRO plan has no limit. This is a display and export limit, not a deletion schedule — your data is still there, and it is restored to view if you upgrade.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by email, and we will delete it from our database, photo storage and conversation archive. Two exceptions: payment records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, and a record of an account blocked for abuse is kept so the block stays effective. Encrypted system backups expire on their own within about 100 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You can view saved restrictions by sending “My food restrictions” to the Bot, clear all of them by sending “Forget all food restrictions,” or edit them on the dashboard. 7. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies. The LINE Bot operates entirely within the LINE platform.
To understand where visitors come from, page visits and button clicks on this website are recorded with the campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source) and ad click IDs (such as gclid / fbclid), the referring page and an anonymous ID that changes every day. The ID is a keyed hash of your IP address and browser information; the IP address itself is not stored, and the ID cannot be linked across days.
8. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Policy Updates
We will post significant changes on this website and notify paying subscribers by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

- 付款資訊：付款流程由藍新金流（NewebPay）負責處理，我們不儲存信用卡號或銀行帳戶資訊。
3. 資料用途
- 提供 AI 飲食分析功能（熱量、巨量營養素估算）
- 依您儲存的目標提供個人化建議與食譜，並避開您要求記住的食材
- 管理您的方案配額與訂閱狀態
- 回應您的客服請求
- 改善服務品質（匿名彙總統計）
- 改善與訓練食物分析背後的 AI 模型，使用您傳送的照片、文字描述與對話內容。目的是讓分析更準確；我們不會販售您的資料，也不會以可識別您個人的形式公開。
4. 資料分享
我們不會出售您的個人資料。在以下情況下，資料可能與第三方共享：
- Google Gemini（直接連線或經 OpenRouter 備援）：只在提供您要求的 AI 分析或建議所需範圍內，傳送相關照片、語音、逐字稿、文字、近期對話脈絡、健康資料與已儲存的飲食限制。
- OpenAI：Gemini 無法使用時的備援 AI，只傳送該次分析所需的照片或文字（不含語音）。
- Anthropic（Claude）：部分功能（餐點點評、體重趨勢說明）的 AI 服務、Gemini 無法使用時的備援，以及在背景重跑部分餐點分析做品質比對。只傳送該次所需的照片、文字與對話脈絡（不含語音）；依 Anthropic 商業條款，這些內容不會被用於訓練其模型。
- LINE Corporation：本服務透過 LINE Messaging API 運作。
- 藍新金流（NewebPay）：付款處理服務商，負責收款與退款。
- Zeabur / Vercel：雲端部署平台，用於主機服務。
- Supabase：資料庫與私有照片儲存空間，存放帳號資料、飲食紀錄與餐點照片。
- 您自己選擇加入的顧問：只有在您自行輸入顧問碼（ADV- 開頭）後才會開始。在名單上期間，顧問可以在顧問後台看到您的 LINE 顯示名稱、飲食紀錄（品項、熱量、營養素）、體重與體組成紀錄（體脂、肌肉量）、基本資料（身高、性別、出生年、活動量、目標方向、時區）、目前的每日目標，以及由這些資料推算的數字（基礎代謝／每日消耗熱量估計、連續記錄天數）；餐點照片要您同意才看得到。顧問看不到您的 LINE 帳號與對話內容。顧問可以替您設定每日目標並傳送提醒，您隨時可以還原自己的目標或關閉提醒。輸入「解除顧問」即可退出，退出後顧問就看不到您的紀錄。
- 法律要求：若法律要求，我們可能依規定揭露資訊。
5. 資料保留
對話紀錄與飲食紀錄將長期保留。我們用它們營運服務、支援多輪對話，以及改善與訓練提供食物分析的模型。帳號資料與您明確要求儲存的飲食限制，會在帳號活躍期間保留；您也可以提前自行清除飲食限制。
您能檢視與下載多久以前的飲食紀錄，取決於您的方案：免費方案顯示最近 30 天，PRO 方案不設限制。這是顯示與匯出的限制，不是刪除；資料仍然存在，升級後即可回復檢視。
在 LINE 上取消傳送一則訊息時，我們會把該則訊息從對話紀錄與後續多輪對話所用的上下文中一併移除，並排除在模型訓練資料之外。已封存的批次無法就地改寫，因此我們保存一份排除清單，在使用該批資料時據以過濾。
您可隨時寄信要求刪除個人資料，我們會從資料庫、照片儲存與對話存檔中刪除。兩個例外：依法須保存的付款紀錄會保留至法定期限；因濫用而被封鎖的帳號會保留封鎖紀錄，讓封鎖持續有效。加密的系統備份約在 100 天內自然過期。
6. 您的權利
您有權查閱、更正、刪除或限制處理您的個人資料。傳「我的飲食限制」可查看 Bot 的長期記憶，傳「忘記所有飲食限制」可全部清除，也可在紀錄頁的「我的」分頁編輯。其他資料請寄信至 yanggary2388@gmail.com。
7. Cookie 與追蹤
本網站不使用追蹤 Cookie。LINE Bot 透過 LINE 平台運作，不另行設置 Cookie。
為了解訪客從哪裡來，本網站會記錄頁面到訪與按鈕點擊，連同連結中的活動參數（例如 utm_source）與廣告點擊代碼（例如 gclid／fbclid）、來源頁面與一個每天更換的匿名代號。代號由您的 IP 位址與瀏覽器資訊以金鑰雜湊產生；IP 位址本身不會儲存，代號也無法跨日串連。
8. 兒童隱私
本服務不針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
9. 政策修訂
本政策如有重大修訂，將於網站公告，並以電子郵件通知付費用戶。繼續使用服務即視為接受修訂後的政策。

- 支払い情報：決済はNewebPayが処理します。クレジットカード番号等は保存しません。
3. データの利用目的
- AI食事分析の提供（カロリー・栄養素の推定）
- 保存した目標に基づく提案・レシピの個別化と、記憶を依頼された食材の除外
- プランのクォータとサブスクリプション管理
- カスタマーサポートへの対応
- 匿名化された統計によるサービス改善
- 食事分析を支えるAIモデルの改善・学習（お送りいただいた写真・テキスト・会話内容を利用）。分析精度の向上が目的であり、データの販売や、個人を特定できる形での公開は行いません。
4. データの共有
個人データを販売することはありません。以下の場合に必要な範囲で第三者と共有することがあります。
- Google Gemini（直接接続またはOpenRouterのバックアップ経由）：依頼されたAI分析・提案に必要な写真、音声、文字起こし、テキスト、最近の会話、健康プロフィール、保存済みの食事制限。
- OpenAI：Geminiが利用できない場合のバックアップAI。その分析に必要な写真またはテキストのみを送信します（音声は送信しません）。
- Anthropic（Claude）：一部機能（食事へのひとこと、体重推移の説明）のAI、Geminiが利用できない場合のバックアップ、および品質比較のために一部の食事分析をバックグラウンドで再実行します。そのリクエストに必要な写真・テキスト・会話の文脈のみを送信します（音声は送信しません）。Anthropicの商用規約により、これらの内容はモデルの学習に使用されません。

- ご自身で登録したアドバイザー：アドバイザーコード（ADV- で始まる）をご自身で入力した場合のみ。名簿に登録されている間、アドバイザーはアドバイザー画面で LINE の表示名、食事記録（品目・カロリー・栄養素）、体重・体組成の記録（体脂肪・筋肉量）、基本プロフィール（身長・性別・生まれ年・活動量・目標・タイムゾーン）、現在の1日の目標、これらから算出した数値（推定基礎代謝・消費カロリー、連続記録日数）を閲覧できます。食事の写真はお客様が許可した場合のみ表示されます。LINE アカウントやトーク内容は閲覧できません。アドバイザーは1日の目標を設定したりリマインドを送ったりできますが、いつでもご自身の目標に戻す・通知を止めることができます。「アドバイザー解除」で退出でき、以後アドバイザーは記録を閲覧できません。

5. データ保持
会話履歴と食事記録は継続的に保持されます。サービスの運営、複数ターンの会話の維持、および食事分析を支えるモデルの改善・学習に利用します。アカウントデータと明示的に保存した食事制限は、アカウントが有効な間、またはご自身で先に削除するまで保持されます。
ご自身の食事記録を閲覧・ダウンロードできる期間はプランによります。無料プランは直近30日間、PROプランは制限なしです。これは表示と書き出しの制限であり、削除ではありません。データは残っており、アップグレードすれば再び閲覧できます。
個人データの削除はいつでもメールでリクエストでき、データベース、写真ストレージ、会話アーカイブから削除します。例外は二つです。法令で保存が義務付けられた支払い記録は法定期間保持し、不正利用でブロックしたアカウントはブロックを維持するための記録を残します。暗号化されたシステムバックアップは約100日以内に自然に失効します。
6. お客様の権利
個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理制限の権利があります。Botに「私の食事制限」と送ると保存内容を確認でき、「食事制限をすべて忘れて」で全削除できるほか、ダッシュボードでも編集できます。その他のご依頼は yanggary2388@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
7. Cookieとトラッキング
本ウェブサイトはトラッキングCookieを使用しません。
訪問者の流入元を把握するため、本ウェブサイトではページ訪問とボタンのクリックを、リンクに含まれるキャンペーンパラメータ（例：utm_source）や広告クリックID（例：gclid／fbclid）、参照元ページと毎日変わる匿名IDとともに記録します。匿名IDはIPアドレスとブラウザ情報を鍵付きハッシュ化したもので、IPアドレス自体は保存されず、日をまたいで紐づけることはできません。

9. ポリシーの更新
重要な変更はウェブサイトで告知し、有料ユーザーにメールで通知します。
